Do I need to register with Retrococo to place an order?

Although we would recommend creating an account so that you can keep track of your orders and their status, Retrococo does not require you to have an account. To go to checkout without registering simply click on the Paypal icon and follow the instructions to pay for your items. All parcels will be sent to the registered address stated on the Paypal account.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

  • From your account you are able to view your order history, returns and status details.

  • You can also build a wish list of your favourite items found on Retrococo.

  • We also like to email our savvy customers with up to date info on our latest products.


What is a wish list?

A wish list helps you to save a list of your favourite items found on Retrococo. You can email the list to yourself to remind you of that amazing skirt that would totally look fabulous on your bestie and would make a great gift. Or even better, why not give your family and friends a helpful hand and send the list to help them with gift ideas for you!

How do I change details on my account?

Once you have created an account, you'll be able to log into your My Account at anytime to change your password, email address and delivery information.


HELP! I forgot my password details!

Not a problem, simply click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions. If your problem continues, please contact our customer service team via the CONTACT US link and we will help to resolve your issue.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept online?

We use Paypal to process all of our payments. Paypal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Do I need to have an account to purchase an item?

No, you can purchase an item simply by going through to 'Instant checkout'. By following the instructions you can then make your purchases as a guest.

How do I checkout as a guest?

  1. Add your selections to the shopping cart
  2. Click the 'Proceed to checkout' or 'Check out' button
  3. SHOPPING-CART SUMMARY Page: Check that your cart details are correct and click 'Proceed to checkout'
  4. AUTHENTICATION Page: Add your Email, name and address details in the 'Instant Checkout' section and click 'Proceed to checkout'
  5. ADDRESS Page: Choose your delivery address details and click 'Proceed to checkout'
  6. SHIPPING page: Choose your delivery option. Once you are satisfied with the 'Terms of Service', tick the box and click 'Proceed to Checkout'
  7. PAYMENT METHOD page: Once you have checked that your cart details are correct, click the 'Pay with your card or Paypal account section'
  8. Click the grey 'Check Out as a Guest' button
  9. On the next page click on the 'Pay with a debit or credit card' link
  10. Enter your card details to complete the payment.

You will then be sent email verification of your payment.



Orders

Can I amend or cancel an order I have just made?

If you would like to amend or cancel a pending order, please contact our customer service team via the CONTACT US link with your order number and cancellation or amendment request details and a we will help to resolve your issue.


Hello?! Where is my order?

  • If you have created an account with Retrococo you can track the progress of your order by logging into your account.

  • If you have not opened an account with Retrococo please contact our customer service team via the CONTACT US link with your order number and item details and a we will help to track your parcel.

I have received a faulty item.

At Retrococo we take our quality control very seriously. Every item is checked and double checked before leaving our building. If you receive an item that does not match its description please contact our customer service team via the CONTACT US link with your order number, item details, the description of the fault and/or photos of the item and we will help to resolve your issue.


I have received the wrong item in my order.

Blimey! How did that happen? Well let us begin by apologising for the mishap. Please contact our customer service team via the CONTACT US link with your order details and a description/photo of the item that you received and a we will be in contact to resolve this issue.



Delivery

How will I receive my order?

  • All UK orders are tracked and sent via courier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email with full tracking information.

  • All international orders may be sent via Royal Mail or tracked courier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email with full tracking information. We will require a phone number from you so that our courier can contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

When should I expect my parcel to arrive?

  • All UK orders are sent via courier. Please allow between 2-4 working days for delivery. Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 working days (e.g. the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight).

  • All international orders may be sent via Royal Mail or tracked courier. Delivery times can depend on the destination of your parcel. Please allow between 3-7 working days for delivery.


How much will Delivery cost?

  • UK:  Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95.

  • Europe:  Standard delivery costs to Europe is £13.00

  • Worldwide:  Standard delivery costs to the rest of the world is £20.00


Do I need to sign for my delivery?

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification card via our courier with further delivery instructions.


Returns & Refunds

How do I return my order?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to accept returns.

You can return any item you are not happy with for a refund within 28 days of receiving your parcel.

Once you have received your order you then have 14 days to contact our customer service team via the CONTACT US link with your:

  • Order number

  • Item details

  • Reason for the return

  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange

A member of our customer services team will then contact you with our return address details.

You will then have a further 14 days to return your item.


Please Note:

  • We are only able to refund items where all product labels are attached.

  • Please ensure that you gain proof of posting before returning the item as we cannot be held responsible for lost items in the post.


What is Retrococo's returns process?

Once we receive an email from you requesting a return we will contact you with our returns details.

After we receive your returned parcel, customer services will then process your request and issue a refund.

Your refund will then be processed within 3-5 working days once we receive your return. This may vary depending on your banks/PayPal processing time however you will receive a refund confirmation email once we have done so.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We would advise that you place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund if applicable.


Sizing

How do I know if an item will fit?

Retrococo sell various popular high street and designer labels and know that size variations can vary from brand to brand as well as from country to country.  We always try to make a point of stating the information the individual items label states and also give further information on size measurements. When making a decision on an items sizing please use the measurements provided to ensure the item will fit before making a purchase.
